Our onboarding process is quite simple and transparent. We take the time to get to know you, your practice or clinic, and who would fit well within your team. We are very much focused on ‘personal fit’ as we’ve found that the best and lasting work partnerships hinge on this human element of ‘can we work together WELL?’

We offer an introductory call where you can meet Mara and learn more about her and how the process works. Once you decide to go ahead, we will send you our standard agreement for your signature, as well as an invoice. Once that is taken care of, you’ll have a 45 minute onboarding phone call where we dive deep into your clinic’s needs, work and patient culture, and ideal addition to your medical team. 

From there, we will create a job description for you to review. Once that is complete, the connecting will begin. At this time as well, we will introduce you to our immigration lawyer to begin facilitating the paperwork necessary for the sponsorship.
